As we scale this business unit we're looking for experienced Technical Recruiters to join CloserIQ. A strong foundation in technical recruiting and a desire to influence and grow a business unit through collaboration and innovative ideas will be critical to success in this role.


Our recruiters are candidate focused and there is no business development experience required in this role.  If you excel in identifying and connecting with technical experts we'd like to speak to you. We are currently working on 80+ roles across engineering verticals with well-funded, high-growth technology organizations.  90% of our placements are remote-based with the small minority based in major tech hubs. 


Responsibilities

  • Utilize our technology-enabled processes to help high-growth companies scale their engineering teams.
  • Work closely with technical candidates (SWE, SRE, PM's) to help them evaluate career transitions
  • Facilitate introductions to organizations across our network and ensure candidates are prepared for all steps in the interview process.
  • Close candidates on compensation and opportunity during the offer stage.
  • Grow and maintain a candidate pipeline using social channels and our proprietary recruiting tools.
  • Write unique messages and build effective contact cadences for high-demand technology skill-sets.
  • Provide internal team and clients with up-to-date metrics and candid feedback on the candidate marketplace.
  • Develop industry knowledge by staying current with startup news, technological advancements, and hiring best practices.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and personal revenue goals.
  • Learn the story and narrative behind each of our 80+ job opportunities in order to match candidates effectively.

  • 1+ years of technical recruiting experience, sourcing, evaluating, and ensuring a high caliber of candidate delivery.
  • Passion for delivering an excellent, repeatable candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of technical domains including Software Development, DevOps, Product Management, and related technologies and skill-sets.
  • Willingness to speak your mind and to back up your positions.
  • Self-motivated - Step up to the plate without being asked.
  • Resiliency - Step BACK up to the plate when things go wrong.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Confidence in your ability to plan and execute a daily, weekly, and monthly calendar to achieve your objectives.
  • Record of success in prior roles (career advancement/promotion and exceeding revenue goals).
  • Clear and concise communication.
  • Critical thinking - break down complex topics into clear terms.
