About the Position The Customer Service Representative assists inbound customers over the phone with Life Insurance questions, using skills from our paid training! We are growing fast; if you enjoy helping others, solving problems and collaborating in a fast-paced environment we encourage you to apply! Enjoy assisting members questions from inbound and some outbound calls with questions on their Life insurance questions.

Work Location and Schedule:· Must be open to work 8-8PM EST and work weekends as needed. We have a Jacksonville, FL office or remote.
