About the Role:

Reporting to the Client Service Center Director, the Technical Contract Analyst will assist the Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) organization with writing, editing, reviewing & coordinating project deliverables, and statements of work and other projects as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research, write, revise and proofread new or existing proposals, Master Service Agreement (MSAs), Statement of Work (SOWs), and technical documentation, including advanced infrastructure, network topology, run books, training manuals, flow charts, etc.
  • Partner with internal sales team, engineering team and/or clients to determine technical documentation needs. Participate on technical scoping meetings and calls.
  • Document and analyze complex Request for Proposal (RFP), Request For Quote (RFQ).
  • Provide documentation estimates based on specifications and/or requirements document.
  • Follow established formatting guidelines by applying document template to existing process documentation.
  • Maintain standardized language and documentation practices that allows for consistent execution of documents.
  • Edit documents to verify accuracy, consistency, grammar and format.
  • Coordinate work activity status and schedule to achieve customer requirement and delivery schedules, ensuring timely & successful delivery.
  • Support the goals of the ATS organization as needed.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three years of statement of work writing in a technical environment.
  • Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure with the ability to read, analyze and interpret scope and leave of effort (LOE).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees, vendors, and clients.
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts in clear and concise terms.
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Must have a strong desire to learn about the project management profession.
