Their IT team is growing and now we are looking for a QA Test Engineer to join us, flexible from our office in Valencia.

Your tasks

• You will actively participate in the sprint planning and acceptance of implemented user stories.
• The use of test tools for error reproduction and testing of error correction is a matter of course for you.
• You support the analysis of quality assurance processes and have suggestions for process improvement
• You automate your tests
• You document the test results and test effort

Your profile

• You have a degree in IT or comparable professional experience
• In addition, you have at least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and test development.
• ISTQB certification would be great
• You have a talent for the precise analysis of facts and a high affinity for technology
• You are familiar with APIs (REST, SOAP), Java and MySQL databases.
• You have experience with test automation of REST APIs
• You already have experience with agile development methods such as Kanban and Scrum
• You have an interest in translation technologies
• You have very good written and spoken English skills
• You have a conscientious, reliable as well as structured and well-organised way of working
• It is desirable if you already have knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
