We're looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the Customer Success engineering organization, tasked with setting a new bar for what can be expected when buying or selling a ticket and moving away from measures like customer satisfaction and instead delivering customer delight. As an Engineering Director at StubHub, you will support a large, mission-focused engineering organization, and own both technical and people leadership for your team while contributing broadly to advancing engineering-wide initiatives. As an accomplished engineering leader, you will be comfortable contributing broadly in areas ranging from organization design and business strategy to deeply technical challenges. You will continuously raise the bar on making StubHub a phenomenal place to grow as an engineer, striving always to grow an exceptional team that consistently delivers on their commitments.
