šŸ‘‹Ā  Hey, Iā€™m Yasser - SVP of Product here at Dwolla.Ā  Iā€™m looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep product management expertise and a passion for creating a cohesive and transparent partnership strategy and vision to join our Product team. Here is what you can expect to work on in this critical role: You will own the product strategy, roadmap, technical onboarding and ongoing operations of our Partners. Ā This includes developing the product vision and strategy through gaining in-depth knowledge of our product, maintaining a visual Product Roadmap and following an adaptive planning approach that balances incoming demand with the teamā€™s capability.Ā  Youā€™ll work closely with our Revenue team and partners to build innovative technology solutions that increase participation and drive Dwollaā€™s growth. Day in and out, youā€™ll manage stakeholder expectations (both internal and external) through meaningful value-driven conversations with stakeholders, understanding what business value will be delivered with each feature and setting realistic expectations on scope and delivery targets. In addition, youā€™ll create and maintain a prioritized Product Backlog of rich and refined user stories that is transparent to the team.Ā  Youā€™ll ensure the top few items are always the highest priority stories planned for the next few week. Consistent dev team collaboration will continue to help the dev team maximize value delivery for our partners.
