We are revolutionizing technical hiring by giving companies a skills-based hiring platform that enables our customers to assess technical skills effectively. We are growing steadily and looking to expand the Product team. This position is full-time and remote within India.

As a Product Manager II, you will play a pivotal part in HackerRank’s mission to “Accelerate the World’s Innovation” and help develop the roadmap for one of the most critical metrics for the business which is NPS. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders in Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to understand user needs and deliver the best solution.

You will be working on:

  • Developing the short-mid term strategy for NPS improvements.
  • Providing a consistent and accessible UI/UX across HackerRank products.
  • Initiate customer feedback and research requests with customer success and drive discovery sessions with customers to unearth opportunities to improve the product.
  • Showcase your product area in the company-wide roadmap and release presentations

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience developing and launching products/technologies in an agile SaaS environment; MS with 2+ years experience
  • Front-end engineering a plus; Even a designer turned-PM will be a good fit.
  • Good product management skills with the ability to write high-quality product specifications
  • Proven track record of overseeing successful product improvements from ideation to delivery
  • Ability to relentlessly prioritize and execute plans to move the needle forward.
  • Strong sense of personal agency and ability to make critical decisions given a multitude of inputs.
  • Ability to work independently to understand complex problems, conduct discovery sessions with customers, and prescribe and validate potential solutions.
  • Experience influencing strategic and cross-functional discussions for major product initiatives that contribute to company-wide OKRs.
