**Required Skills

• High level of proficiency in Typescript/Javascript.
• Solid development experience with Rust, C++, Haskell, Java.  
• Advanced understanding and experience with AWS tools and technologies.
• Hands-on development experience with blockchains, consensus algorithms, and knowledge of cryptographic primitives and standards.
• Experience with building and using distributed systems, solid understanding of technical challenges and design patterns applicable in this context.
• Experience in building enterprise products and platforms in the Cloud using databases, Linux, messaging queues, web sockets, APIs, and so on.
• Prior professional experience in open source environments. - Ability to quickly grasp complex problems and apply them to work projects. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) in English.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented team player. Capacity and independent work ability to research and explore new technologies as well as understand complex code.
• Personal/professional integrity and commitment to excellence.
• Nice to have: In-depth knowledge of Cardano, Ethereum and/or Polkadot/substrate
• Nice to have: Experience building enterprise-scale PaaS offerings.
