We also operate the world’s largest safe space social networking site for LGBTQ youth and run innovative research, education, and advocacy programs. We’ve been saving lives every day for over 20 years. Overview of the role As the Associate Training Content Developer, you will work with the Training Development team to write content for activities, job aids, assessments, and other supplementary training content for adult learners, including copy edit and QA training modules to ensure that content is error-free, clear, and aligned with The Trevor Project’s brand guidelines. You will also build connections with internal Subject Matter Experts, and use their feedback to create quality, clinically-supported materials. As part of this role you will support the training team in developing and continually improving  training content and delivering and scaling training to fully equip a significantly higher volume of volunteers while maintaining quality.   Reporting to the Instructional Design Manager, the Associate Training Content Developer will play a crucial role in Trevor's success in training hundreds of volunteers each month to become life-saving crisis service volunteers. The organization is growing its volunteer base to more than 5,000 volunteers domestically and thousands more globally  as Trevor expands to meet the needs of LGBTQ youth around the world.
