The role 🎯

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help us grow the organization throughout our next phase of growth. You'll be taking over key responsibilities in our engineering team to bring our product development to the next level. We will work together on building critical infrastructure and implementing best practices throughout the development process. We're looking forward to working with someone who is highly motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment and is happy to work with a remote team.

Your challenge 🥇

• Implementing DevOps best practices across the company (CI/CD, automated testing, etc.)
• Collaborating with the development team on improving workflows for productivity and security (building and maintaining new tools and processes)
• Ensuring security and reliability of our production systems
• Building and maintaining monitoring infrastructure
• Work on any initiative you feel passionate about - especially if it moves the needle for our product and/or development efforts
  

Sounds like you? 🙌

• You bring along about 2-3 years experience in a DevOps or a similar role
• You have deep expertise with Terraform, CloudFormation or similar tools
• You have the ability to work cross-functionally and closely collaborate with engineering teams
• You have experience in deploying complex, cloud-native software and optimizing build processes
• You have previous experience with scripting languages for dev tooling and automation (Bash, Python)
• You have excellent communication skills and the willingness to share and teach
• You have the ability to deal with the fast pace and ambiguity of a startup. Things change and sometimes you need to develop expertise as you go.
