Position Purpose: The Mortgage Sales Director will manage our Direct to Agent mortgage sales team. This role is responsible for delivering on revenue goals, driving productivity by team members, developing, and delivering on KPIs.  The Mortgage Sales Director manages a team of remote sales managers and loan officers.  In addition, the Director will lead strong relationships with our real estate agent partners and other lead providers to provide a best-in-class experience.
