Senior Product Manager at Replit

==================== Position: Sr. Product Manager =====================

In this role, you will:

• Grow and manage Replit’s product organization
• Be part of Replit’s leadership team
• Translate Amjad’s and Haya’s vision into an actionable product roadmap
• Set and achieve goals for Replit’s various product lines
• Ensure we deliver on user needs and desires with well-designed products by getting customer feedback, conducting research, and evaluating data
• Lead ambitious features and timelines
• Collaborate closely across the entire team to ensure we ship the right features quickly
• Be the voice for teachers, new and seasoned engineers across the globe
• Write documentation, lead demos, and blog about new and existing features

You qualify if:

• You’re a people person who can lead complex conversations and make hard decisions
• You follow innovation in the DevTools space
• You get how software is built, packaged, deployed, and operated
• You can or used to code
• You are fluent in data & product analytics
• You have a love for design and usability
• You effortlessly balance between being highly autonomous and collaborative

• You’re an active Replit user
• You’ve worked at an early-stage startup
