Job Description: The role is to support the sales team for LATAM and create the best in class customer experience for a fast pace of growth and exceed conversion rates for our B2B customers. Education and training based on our platform and best practices on Conversational Commerce; Build collaborative relationships with the Sales & Growth team worldwide where you collaborate for the best results for Connectly and its customers; Help customer with campaign creation and messaging strategy; Develop strong product knowledge and a collaborative team plan; Inspire Customers with and incredible onboarding; Engage leads with a real collaborative partnership; Plan and execute internal business processes; Screening processes and sales meetings; Knowledge of CRM systems, procedures, technology, and data collection best practices  Business Review excellence; Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English Bachelor Complete; Experience with technology and Customer Success; Passion to build the future of conversational commerce; CRM experience Experience managing/manipulating data Hubspot experience is a plus; Why Best in class team; Amazing Values; Grow with a WhatsApp Business Solutions Provider and Endeavor Scale Up Company; Remote work; Unlimited PTO; Connectly is an equal opportunity employer.
