About The Role: We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and task-oriented EA with a proven track record. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, organized and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a faced paced environment. The role is a "gatekeeper" to our CEO and a reflection of him both internally and externally. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for everything that goes through the CEOs office. While we are 100% remote, we are looking for someone to be Boston based or EST to align with the time zone for our CEO. This role may involve meeting with the CEO in person from time to time as well What You’ll Do: - Completes a broad variety of professional and personal operational tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that are oftentimes confidential (eventually, after trust is built, responds on behalf of the executive); answers calls, arranges travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. - Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time.   - Triage the barrage of information, challenges and background noise that the CEO is
