Sales Engineer at bloXroute Labs
- Bridge the gap between Sales and bloXroute’s technical products and services
- Act as a technical contact for prospective and existing users
- Work closely with the Engineering and Support teams to provide technical integration and implementation solutions for users
- Collect feedback that can help with enhancing product development
- Develop and analyze product metrics to understand performance, user engagement, and opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work with a distributed team in a fast-paced environment
