likeMagic is an innovative hospitality startup that empowers the modern guest and hoteliers with an exceptional experience and lean processes throughout the entire guest journey. 

The comprehensive user-centric digital hospitality platform was originally built for the award-winning hotel brand Stay KooooK and is now available as a white label solution for all hotels and serviced apartments.

It offers a fully-integrated digital guest journey, via mobile web app as well as a uniquely intuitive customer servicing platform for employees. Hospitality owners are provided with holistic guest profiles as well as operations data to steer their business in an efficient way and generate revenue. 

We are looking for an user advocate who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working with a great team, and enhancing our amazing, award-winning product.

Your job with us

As a UX/Interaction Designer, you will design badass user experiences for all our magical digital products. You will manage the creation of user interfaces based on user research, wireframing and prototyping. You will have a significant role in maximizing the customer value by applying a design thinking approach with the team and in ensuring the user's needs and expectations regarding seamless UX are met by all digital solutions.

Ideally you bring with you

• Relevant experience in UX/UI design for digital products or services

• Good understanding of standard UX tooling such as Figma and Miro, more are a plus

• Practical experience in applying user centered design processes

• Proactive personality trait

• Passion for everything to do with UX, innovation as well as industry's latest trends and technologies

• Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively

• German & Hospitality knowledge (no deal breaker ;-))

• Based in Europe
