A Little Bit About the Role: 

We are seeking a talented and creative PowerPoint Designer to join our team. As a PowerPoint Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective presentations that communicate complex information in a clear and compelling manner. You will work closely with various teams within the organization to transform ideas, data, and content into engaging and impactful presentations.

What You Will Be Doing: 

Presentation Design: 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. 
  • Design and format PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey key messages and data. 
  • Create visually appealing slides, graphics, and charts that enhance the presentation's impact. 
  • Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all presentations. 

Content Enhancement: 

  • Translate technical or complex information into infographics 
  • Incorporate multimedia elements such as images, videos, and animations when necessary. 

Template Development: 

  • Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates that align with the company's brand guidelines. 
  • Customize templates for various presentations, ensuring a consistent and professional look. 


  • Work closely with other designer and project managers to gather input and feedback. 

Quality Assurance: 

  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
  • Review presentations for formatting issues and make necessary adjustments. 

Stay Updated: 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of presentations. 

What You Will Need: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced knowledge of formatting, animation, and slide transitions. 
  • Strong graphic design skills, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) 
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent design standards. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
  • Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinking to create visually compelling presentations 

Good To Have: 

  • Agency/communication/production industry experience. 
  • Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact. 
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Workfront.
