The Role:
As a Talent Strategist at Buck Mason, you'll be at the forefront of our hiring efforts, opening up talent pipelines for current and future roles. From forecasting our hiring needs based on business growth plans to managing the full-cycle recruiting process, you'll play a key role in shaping our team for success.

\n- Scout and recruit top talent across various channels, utilizing both traditional and innovative methods to attract candidates.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and develop strategies to address talent gaps.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Assist with onboarding, off-boarding, and compliance activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases to manage candidate information and track recruiting metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Three years or more of experience in a senior recruiting position, with a proven track record of managing a full-cycle recruiting process.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline recruiting workflows.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Passion for shaping a growing brand and driving positive change in the industry.
