QA Engineer Core Extension at Ava Labs

We are seeking a strong, hardworking QA Engineer with strong test automation skills in Chrome Extension to join our Team. The ideal Engineer will play an integral role in helping Ava Labs build and deliver groundbreaking applications for web3.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design, develop, maintain, prototype and execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests
  • Maintain and improve automation frameworks that can be used by both Development and QA
  • Perform automated and manual testing efforts for our products
  • Help define, improve, and implement QA standard methodologies

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software QA/Test engineering
  • Developed test automation using Typescript/Javascript 
  • Experience with UI automation frameworks and building test suites with Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cucumber, and other test frameworks
  • Familiar with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (Github, Jira, TestRail)
  • Experience crafting test strategies, test plans, and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with continuous integration process to manage Regression/Smoke Automation suites (GitHubActions, Jenkins)
  • Experience driving quality through process, instrumentation, requirements and testing
  • Efficient in effort estimation, planning, prioritization and time management
  • Flexible with a positive “do what needs to be done” demeanor
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Performance or Load testing

Salary Range: $106,400 to $132,800
