Wirex is seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Product Designer who will take charge of delivering top-notch interaction design for our mobile and web platforms. This role involves leading design projects, conducting in-depth user research, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

 Interaction Design Leadership: Lead the creation of intuitive and engaging interaction designs across our platforms.

User Research: Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gain deep insights into user behaviors and needs.

Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables. 

Design Critiques: Conduct and lead design review sessions to identify areas for improvement. 

Customer Empathy: Develop a deep understanding of our users through comprehensive data analysis and user research. 

Design Systems: Collaborate with development teams to establish and maintain a comprehensive design system.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. 


Requirements 
 At least 4 years of experience in Product or UI/UX design, with a preference for candidates with fintech industry experience. 
Minimum of 1 year in a team leadership role, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers.

A strong portfolio showcasing real product design cases, demonstrating problem-solving skills and innovative design solutions. 

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects), as well as expertise in a prototyping tool of your choice. 

Experience with tools like Amplitude for analyzing user interactions and deriving insights to inform design improvements. 

Deep understanding of Human Interface and Material Design Guidelines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
