Marketing Intern Events at OneTrust
The Challenge
Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our global community initiatives, OneTrust is seeking a Marketing Intern to help operationalize and scale our Connect Community program. Based in our Madrid hub, the Marketing Intern will assist in multiple areas of marketing event execution, including, but not limited to; email promotion, social media campaigns, content marketing, marketing operations, and event logistics.
Your Mission
- Support the planning and execution of in-person OneTrust hosted events, including roundtables, forums, workshops and networking activities
- Occasionally support the planning and execution of virtual OneTrust hosted events, including panels, coffee chats, and breakout discussions
- Coordinate full marketing event lifecycle activities, from initial campaign planning to post-event reporting
- Project manage requests for content, social graphics, and email promotion with our US-based Marketing team members
- Collaborate closely with Field Marketers to support the event needs of their particular region
- Coordinate updates and tasks for the OneTrust website and marketing tools (Salesforce, Knak, Zoom, Cvent etc.)
- Other projects as assigned and needed
You Are
- Excellent level of English, written and oral communications
- Able to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative and solve problems
- Organized and able to project manage several tasks simultaneously
- Passionate for high quality work and attention to detail
Your Experience Includes
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field
Availability: Part- time. Minimum 4 hours/week.
1 year duration.
