What You’ll Be Doing 

Crafting Interaction Excellence: Deliver top-tier interaction design across our mobile and web platforms. 
— Data-Driven Design Insights: Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data analysis to deeply understand user needs and behaviors, guiding the design process to enhance user experience. 
— Driving Design Projects: Engage from concept to execution, ensuring final designs are polished and ready for deployment. 
— Leading Design Reviews: Conduct sessions to critique designs, uncovering areas for enhancement. 
— Empathy and Insight: Deeply understand our customers by leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data. 
— Establishing Design Systems: Collaborate with our development team to implement a comprehensive design system. 
— Collaborating Effectively: Partner with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to deliver seamless user experiences. 


Requirements 
— At least 4 years in Product or UI/UX design, with preference given to fintech industry experience. 
— Minimum of 1 year in a team leadership role. 
— At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Amplitude, utilizing it to analyze user interactions and behaviors. You should be adept at setting up tracking, creating dashboards, and deriving actionable insights to inform design improvements. 
Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (primary Ai, Ps, Ae), with expertise in a prototyping tool of your choice. 
Deep understanding of Human Interface and Material Design Guidelines. 
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
 Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
