Lead Product Designer at Wirex

What You’ll Be Doing 

— Crafting Interaction Excellence: Deliver top-tier interaction design across our mobile and web platforms. 
— Data-Driven Design Insights: Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data analysis to deeply understand user needs and behaviors, guiding the design process to enhance user experience. 
— Driving Design Projects: Engage from concept to execution, ensuring final designs are polished and ready for deployment. 
— Leading Design Reviews: Conduct sessions to critique designs, uncovering areas for enhancement. 
— Empathy and Insight: Deeply understand our customers by leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data. 
— Establishing Design Systems: Collaborate with our development team to implement a comprehensive design system. 
— Collaborating Effectively: Partner with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to deliver seamless user experiences. 

Requirements 
— At least 4 years in Product or UI/UX design, with preference given to fintech industry experience. 
— Minimum of 1 year in a team leadership role. 
— At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Amplitude, utilizing it to analyze user interactions and behaviors. You should be adept at setting up tracking, creating dashboards, and deriving actionable insights to inform design improvements. 
— Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (primary Ai, Ps, Ae), with expertise in a prototyping tool of your choice. 
— Deep understanding of Human Interface and Material Design Guidelines. 
— Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
— Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
