Keyring is seeking a Smart Contract Developer who will be instrumental in designing and implementing our smart contract strategy. You will pioneer a range of applications across multiple chains, starting with Ethereum. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge smart contract solutions, across various blockchains
  • Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of our smart contract applications
  • Conduct rigorous testing and continuous improvement for better performance (gas and latency-wise)
  • Partner closely with the founders and technical leads to define our smart contracts roadmap and its integration into our broader strategy
  • Lead client integration efforts, designing solutions and collaborating with other technical teams within Keyring to ensure seamless feature delivery
  • Initiate and drive POCs to further Keyring's position in smart contract innovation
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain and smart contract technology, and apply this knowledge to our projects
  • As we grow, guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in blockchain technology and smart contract development
  • Demonstrated experience on Ethereum blockchain, and other relevant technologies
  • Leadership experience in a start-up or a high-growth blockchain company
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing complex blockchain solutions

Skills

  • Expertise in Solidity smart contracts
  • Strong Javascript experience
  • Bonus: Python or Rust
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols and architecture
  • Deep understanding of smart contract security practices and standards
  • Familiarity with Ethereum development tools and frameworks
  • Quick and consistent delivery of high-quality results while maintaining attention to detail
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and interface with internal and external stakeholders

Location

  • Fully remote
  • The team is currently located across Western Hemisphere
  • No travel requirements

Compensation & Package

  • Annual base: 120-140k (can stretch to 160k for top engineers)
