Senior Product Designer at RabbitHole

About Boost:

Boost’s mission is to increase global economic opportunities by making it more rewarding to participate in onchain protocols. We’re accomplishing this mission by building a distributed incentives network — a protocol to deploy targeted incentive to perform onchain actions. Since launch in 2023, Boost has become the #1 most used protocol across L2s in terms of usage, with 3,000+ quest creators deploying over $1.2M to drive 2,4M actions (see for yourself here). Boost is backed by Electric Capital, Greylock, and TCG Crypto.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to craft new user experiences atop of the Quest Protocol and bring them to life.

We're looking for a product-first designer with early-stage startup experience who wants to work with a dynamic fast-moving team and build the roadmap for Boost to become the best way for anyone to deploy earning opportunities. If this is you, we are super excited to meet you and learn more.
