The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin to support our Human Resources department. You will perform various administrative tasks to support our employees while contributing to the overall efficiency of our HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with all aspects of HR in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Provide administrative support for HR executives.
- Handle employee records, recruitment, onboarding, and training logistics.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Coordinate logistics for HR meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize a job fair event).
- High school diploma; further education in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in HR or related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
