About the project:

As we are growing, we are looking to add more players to our team. If you are a passionate Senior UX/UI Designer looking to join a Customer Experience Agency that boosts digital experiences through technology for multinational companies worldwide, this is an amazing opportunity for you!

This is a service delivery role that is client-facing, requiring both technical and communication skills. You will be responsible for working to gather and understand the client's unique business requirements and to develop and build customized solutions to meet their technical needs. You will be part of a great team of developers that seeks to make an impact on our clients' business through what we do best: create creative, professional and dynamic websites.

You will be able to:

• Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.
• Collaborating with the marketing and other internal teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of experience working with UX/UI Design.
• 3+ Years of experience working with Figma.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
