About the Job 

CardioOne is seeking a driven and dynamic Digital Marketing and SEO Manager to join our growing team and help us enhance our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to accelerate patient acquisition across all our cardiology practices. You will serve as an extension of their marketing efforts, with a focus on digital and traditional marketing. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for all things digital. You will work directly with our cardiology practices and be the project manager for our third-party marketing vendors. You will run and manage SEO for all practices, support other digital marketing efforts, and be the project manager across all marketing products (website, social media, online reputation management, etc.). You will work remotely and report directly to the Head of Strategy and Operations.  

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and implement digital marketing and patient acquisition strategies across all of CardioOne cardiology practice partners 
  • Own and manage all SEO efforts across our different practice partners across all of our markets, reporting out on a monthly basis to physicians and CardioOne leadership 
  • Create and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising across all of our physician practices 
  • Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve the organization's visibility and drive website traffic using the latest optimization methods proven to increase website performance and traffic. 
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation for the organization.  
  • Keep track of digital marketing budget and ensure all efforts are cost-effective and within budget. 
  • Plan, strategize and track outreach events for marketing impact and ROI. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. 
  • Stay compliant with all healthcare regulations and laws related to digital marketing efforts. 

What you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably to patients in the healthcare or physician practice setting 
  • 3 years of SEO and/or SEM experience, preferably to patients in the healthcare or physician practice setting
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and online advertising
  • Strong project management skills with the multiple marketing products and vendors
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas

Additional Information 

Full-time base salary range of $74,000 to $90,000 (commensurate with experience) plus a bonus. This role has medical, dental, and vision benefits. Travel up to 20%.
