About the Role

The Organizational Development Lead will spearhead People team efforts to build and evolve the systems, programs and resources to enable a fulfilling workplace for Hinge employees at every level. This senior role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative talent management strategies and learning programs that align with our organizational goals and values. The ideal candidate will be a strong coach and communicator with a proven track record in HR leadership, a deep focus on talent management and learning and development (L&D) initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Learning and Development: Conduct organization needs assessments to identify opportunities and drive desired changes and outcomes. Lead the design and delivery of L&D programs that address employees' needs across all levels of the organization, including leadership development, team building, and power skills enhancement. Collaborate with the Match Group L&D team to build on enterprise offerings to provide tailored approaches for the business that promote a learning culture, including design and delivery of a suite of learning programs, vendor management, resources and budget allocation.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with HRBPs to oversee the performance management process to ensure it effectively identifies high performers, facilitates constructive feedback, and drives continuous improvement.
  • Organizational Development: Work closely with senior leadership to align talent management and learning initiatives with organizational goals, culture transformation, and change management efforts.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging: Partner closely with DEIB Lead to ensure fair and equitable outcomes across all talent practices to create a workplace that respects and values diversity at all levels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to support talent and learning initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate with the People Analytics team to track the effectiveness of talent and learning programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Coaching: Conduct internal leadership coaching, including facilitation of 360 feedback, assessments and related interventions. Provide thoughtful and structured coaching to peers and leaders aligned to Hinge Mission and Values.
  • Career Development: Empower employees, managers, and leaders to feel ownership of their professional and personal growth through impactful programming and delivery of self-service and ready to use OD toolkits and resources.
  • Change Management: Support change management efforts through impact analysis, key stakeholder identification, communications planning, leadership coaching and thought partnership.


What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, facilitate and implement successful talent management and L&D strategies in a complex, international organization
  • Coaching certification 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and people analytics
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in People and HR, focused on talent management and learning 
  • Prior experience running leadership development programs from end to end

$160,000 - $192,000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
