👩‍💻 WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams


👾 OUR TECH STACK
  • Python(Fast API), Go, Typescript, React, React Native, GCP.


💪 THE SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
  • Proficient with Python. You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience using Python. You likely know other languages.
  • Experience with API-based products
  • Have good communication skills. You will interact with customers directly and on a daily basis.
