Moralis is looking for a Frontend Lead to join our team. You'll work with the most welcoming team in blockchain in a fully remote, fast-paced, and cutting-edge environment. Help us onboard the next 1 million developers into Web3!

About the role 👩‍💻👨‍💻
As a Frontend Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. If you are passionate about mentoring, leading by example, nurturing talent, and driving innovation, we want to hear from you. You'll work on the following:

• Drive the development of the technical roadmap for your projects.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
• Identify dependencies between systems and collaborate effectively with other teams.
• Write testable, maintainable code and encourage the same within the team.
• Navigate challenges effectively and prioritize tasks based on available resources.

About you & Key Qualifications 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

• Extensive experience (∼5+ years) in front-end development and mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript, React.
• Experience in creating/maintaining npm packages and UI libraries.
• Understanding of Redux / Zusland, RTK and FE state management in general.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in technical roadmap planning and execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
