We are currently seeking a highly motivated and diligent individual to help our payments team, focusing on managing cancellations and past due subscriptions for specific customer segments. This tasks involves logging the reasons for cancellations, processing these cancellations in the backend, and coordinate issues related to past due subscriptions. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work cohesively with a team under pressure. ⭐️ What you will be doing:
  • Enter the inbox and address the assigned cancellations requests 
  • Log the cancellations reasons when available for reporting
  • Handle cancellations from past due subscriptions
  • Confirm actions to the our customers
  • Coordinate with the team when identifying any issue/request needing follow up 
  • Report customers feedback/issues to relevant departments

  • Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members in writing.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to accurately log cancellation reasons and process cancellations in the backend without errors.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to cancellations and past due subscriptions efficiently
  • Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries
  • Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
  • Speed and Efficiency: Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy, managing time effectively to handle high volumes of tasks
  • Familiar with cloud-based applications and internet expert
  • Teamwork Skills: Being a collaborative team member, capable of working well with others to achieve common goals and improve processes.
  • You have a computer and a good Internet connection
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
