The Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester with experience in a customer-centric product-based company. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for the customer’s needs, ensuring the product delivers an intuitive user experience and aligns with the expectations of the Nonprofit industry.

This role involves collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of feature deliveries into the overall product. The successful candidate will possess the ability to create flow charts and product maps to help with regression testing.

Responsibilities

  • Review requirements and specifications to ensure the solution aligns with the customer’s requests
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for released features
  • Update technical product documentation to ensure relevance
  • Create well-structured and detailed test plans and guides for the team as part of the testing cycle
  • Suggest changes and improvements to the UX/UI and feature description text from the customer's perspective for new features
  • Perform thorough regression testing for feature deliveries and bug resolutions
  • Report bugs and errors to the respective development team
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Develop effective strategies for improving the overall QA process of the product
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies

Qualification

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in quality assurance within a product-based company
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and customer-centric thinking
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced software startup environment
  • Experience working with integrated payment gateways and payment processing platforms

Details

  • Fully remote in Latin America
  • Salary: $18k to $24k USD, depending on experience
