The Technology Project Manager is will be responsible for interacting with key stakeholders around the company and the technology team in order to grow and scale the company’s technology platform. This person will also be responsible for interacting with Reactivate’s employees to improve employee engagement with various technology tools. This will be achieved by working with  all departments to identify process inefficiencies and resolve via software improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Reactivate departments and key stakeholders to analyze business processes to identify and implement creative software solutions
  • Capture/manage functional requirements, to be implemented as software enhancements in collaboration with software vendors and internal software development teams
  • Lead software vendor relationship management (VRM); oversight of initiatives, serve as internal escalation point for questions, issues, entitlements and data quality
  • Efficiently integrate new technology systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services
  • Interact with the Reactivate Executive Committee, providing status updates and recommendations regarding various technology-focused initiatives
  • Becoming subject matter expert on technology tools utilized internally at Reactivate to ensure employee engagement

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years experience in technical business analysis and project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another related field
  • Multiple examples using process analysis techniques such as Business Process Modelling (BPM), SIPOC diagrams and Gantt charts
  • Track record of interacting with various business units, key stakeholders and leadership
  • Knowledge of the agile software development lifecycle; ability to track enhancements from backlog through testing and release
  • Experience in sprint planning, grooming & conducting daily SCRUM calls
  • Experience using JIRA extensively for workflow management, story building, task breakdowns, story point evaluations and roadmap management
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ensuring action items and projects remain on track across multiple internal/external stakeholders and software applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English); leading working groups, contributing to client-facing materials and escalating to management where risks/issues are encountered
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite of tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint and Teams)
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop, maintain effective working relationships with people from a wide variety of organizations and within a wide variety of functional expertise
