About the role

  • You will be working alongside the Openhedge team on our various projects
  • You will develop Solidity smart contracts based on project mechanisms
  • You will write tests covering our solidity contracts
  • You will write or review code for various applications
  • You will liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements
  • You will define new standards and smart contract integrations
  • You will be expected to mentor other team members to refine their technical and architectural skills

What we expect

  • Team Management (task assignment, organization, communication, leading sprints/stand-ups, etc.)
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in shipping great products
  • You have shipped some web3 products previously
  • Experience with smart contracts on Ethereum
  • Experience with Postgres or other databases; experience with decentralized data storage solutions is a plus
  • Understanding of decentralized finance and popular products (e.g. staking, options, yield farming and other)
  • Experience with version control, such as Git
  • You enjoy having ownership over everything you ship and you understand best practices and what it means to write maintainable code

Compensation

  • $100-300k base + generous incentives
