What's unique about this job?

As a Senior Python/Django Developer, you’ll be part of a great team of veterans who have been working with Python for over 20 years. They are looking for an experienced developer who can help them manage their team and mentor them in Django. Their projects have slowed down because of code reviews where there is not a lot of Django knowledge.

They work on a CRM product for construction companies and help them track all the ongoing projects they have.

• You'll be managing a small team of developers and guiding them to be able to deliver top-quality code. This is a managing first, coding second role.
• Lead the efforts for the team to learn and improve their Django skills.
• Documenting the step-by-step process.
• Helping with any development work that has to be done in order to deliver the projects. If you want to do development you just have to ask for it as there is plenty of work to be done!

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and the Django framework.
• Experience as a lead developer.
• Experience with cloud enviroments such as AWS.
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
