Customer Success Manager at Procurify

Procurify’s Intelligent Spend Management platform provides hundreds of organizations worldwide with real-time visibility and control over all business spend. We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Customer Success Manager to join us on our journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is looking for a customer-obsessed, value-driven person who is passionate about building relationships and setting clients up for success!

Everyone at Procurify is a team player. A big part of this role involves building relationships internally and externally and advocating for our customers. We’re seeking entrepreneurial people who are willing to challenge the status quo and contribute to larger strategic objectives.

What you’ll be working on

• Work with the Customer Experience team closely to understand the customer journey and how we can continuously show value to our customers
• Manage a book of business valued at approximately $1-2M
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to advocate for clients (i.e. Sales, Product, Marketing)
• Team player for fellow team members; strategize, brainstorm and think outside of the box to promote best practices and areas of improvement
• Challenge the status quo and leverage automation and technology to seek out operational efficiencies
• Main point of contact for strategic clients within a portfolio from the time the sale closes to renewals

Who we’re looking for 

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude
• Customer-centric mindset; challenges the status quo and finds a better way
• Understands our buyer personas and the needs and “pains” of our target market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally
• Keeps up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market
• Shares Procurify values of Compassion, Courage, Creativity and Curiosity
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• On Target Earnings Range: $73,000 - $90,000 (This range is dependent on experience, with a component of these earnings made up of variable pay and not inclusive of any benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
