Director of Outbound Sales at Weave

Our Sales Directors at Weave play a pivotal role in leading a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth and help cultivate and shape the future of Weave. 

  • Reports to Sr. Director of Outbound Sales
  • This position will be in office at our Lehi HQ location 

What You Will Own 

  • Lead a team of Account Executives
  • Help implement processes and structures that maximize revenue per lead
  • Consistently coach and develop the Account Executives to reach and exceed goals
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to optimize pipeline and sales
  • Use to monitor sales funnels and projects give accurate projections
  • Effectively train and onboard new Account Executives
  • Establish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services
  • Understand and internalize Weave's mission and vision and translate them into an AE strategy
  • Participate in regular company and office meetings to share Account Executive progress, identify blockers and drive resolution

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 3+ years experience in a sales leadership role within SaaS sales 
  • Proven track record of success in building and optimizing sales systems
  • Passion for providing leadership & coaching
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Gong

What Will Make Us Love You

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR 
  • 3+ Years SAAS sales manager experience or equivalent
