Requirements


Your Mission: Cultivate a strong developer ecosystem.

Your Methods/Metrics:

DRIVE community team towards success (KPI: # of Cere Evangelists, # of improvement/implementation suggestions, # of community integration leads)

- train community mods to identify, engage, and follow-up on high-potential community members

- build incentivization program for both mods & community

- create self-reporting structure for community modstrain community mods

DRIVE and Activate developer community activities (KPI: # of active github developers & # of EDP members)

- Engage developer to build on top of Cere tech stack

- Activate ideal Cere Network github contributor

- Activate ideal Cere Network integrator profile

- Activate & prioritise key repositories for public contribution

- Drive Cere Network builder (EDP)/contributor program

- Actively represent Cere in the developer community

Facilitate free-flowing communication between community & engineering (KPI: community sentiment)

- Channel community feedback in near real-time to prod/eng/biz team, and vice versa.

- Become an expert on our vision, strategy, and all of the functions of our technical stacks, and align community & company goals.


Nice to haves:

- Experience in organizing hackathons—both online and offline

- Experience in running grant programs

- Web3 community management experience.
