Summary:
Fuse Network is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts, focusing on enhancing our presence in the Web3, crypto, and blockchain sectors. The ideal candidate should have a profound understanding of performance marketing strategies and exceptional skills in copywriting, social media, and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive user acquisition in the blockchain space.
- Strong work experience with Google ads, LinkedIn ads, Twitter ads, Meta ads, etc. Familiarity with other web search platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for optimization.
- Multi-Platform Management: Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and programmatic advertising channels.
- Copywriting & Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling ad copies and marketing materials that align with performance goals.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Community Engagement: Develop strategies to engage with the blockchain community across channels, fostering brand loyalty and user retention.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in blockchain and digital marketing to refine strategies continually.
- Team work and previous experience working with designers on copy and designs for promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the blockchain, Web3 industry and emerging trends.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing and analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Content Creation: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills:
- SEO and SEM: Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional training and courses supported by certificates and practice.
- At least 3 years of experience in a performance marketing role, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
