The Role π Work with the Headout product team to help with research & testing π Lead initiatives to build and improve the team's understanding of customer behaviour and deliver better impact π Design, conduct and maintain a pipeline for user studies for upcoming features & products π Advocate for the user and design philosophy throughout the organisation π Build visibility for your team's work in and outside the organisation
Requirements π Extensive experience talking to customers to understand design & product-related concerns π Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you'd be the primary person communicating and building a shared understanding based on the research π A good sense of product, UX and design as demonstrated by past work π Knowledge of how to use a variety of UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative), with a strong awareness of their merits and weaknesses. π Knowledge of user-centred design principles and best practices.
