The Role 👉 Work with the Headout product team to help with research & testing 👉 Lead initiatives to build and improve the team's understanding of customer behaviour and deliver better impact 👉 Design, conduct and maintain a pipeline for user studies for upcoming features & products 👉 Advocate for the user and design philosophy throughout the organisation 👉 Build visibility for your team's work in and outside the organisation

Requirements 👉 Extensive experience talking to customers to understand design & product-related concerns 👉 Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you'd be the primary person communicating and building a shared understanding based on the research 👉 A good sense of product, UX and design as demonstrated by past work 👉 Knowledge of how to use a variety of UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative), with a strong awareness of their merits and weaknesses. 👉 Knowledge of user-centred design principles and best practices.
