Brand Expert Support

Salary – £17,160 PA- 3 days Per Week

Three days per week (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Also must be able to work all Bank Holidays.

Job Description: · To support the Regional Sales Manager in coaching, training, recruiting and carry out follow up visits on our team of Shark Brand Experts within the multiple retailers network · Must be self-motivated and driven with a passion for people and training. · Must be able to liaise with all levels of colleagues (store managers – sales colleagues)

Roles and Areas of Responsibility: · Assist in training and recruiting new Brand Experts · Conduct morning training sessions, visits and follow up reviews with both Brand Experts and retail store teams (from Sales consultants to General Store Managers) · Have the ability to remote manage. · Motivate and support Brand Experts · Have the ability to demonstrate 5*customer service within a retail environment · Help with recruitment of additional Brand Experts · Conduct Brand Expert reviews (Overnight stays may be required) . Achieve sales targets . Run the team on specified days . Complete ad-hoc sales days

Attributes and Skills: · A full driving licence with access to a motor vehicle · Experience within a sales/retail environment · A leader of people · Pro-active and reactive, innovative and creative · Effective communicator at all levels · Genuine passion for people · Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented · 1-year Mobile/Field experience is desirable but not essential
